What can I order?
There are 3 Herbal Formula options. A 100ml, 200ml or 500ml bottle of herbs, 50ml Bach and 25ml Australian Bush Flower Remedies & Topical Skin Creams, all made to your prescription These are shipped to anywhere in Australia via Free Express Post.
Flower Remedies can be added to herbal formulae.
There are 3 Bundle Options: A 100ml and a Bach Remedy, 200ml and a Bach or Bush Remedy or 500ml bottle of herbs and a Bach or Bush Remedy of your prescription. These are shipped Express Post. Delivery is free.
What does it cost?
We have worked hard at keeping costs down to make the online dispensary convenient and profitable for you.

What should I charge my patients and clients?
The retail cost of liquid herbs varies greatly across the country and between rural areas and cities. In our experience most of the public that want to take control of their health are prepared to pay fairly for their herbs knowing that they get great benefit from doing so.
We believe you can charge your patients 5% to 15% more than our prices and still be at a reasonable cost. Don’t forget your intellectual property goes into the formulation for each case.
How do I order?
Go to the Shop page on herbalmedicineonline.com.au and make your selection. You will then be taken to the Cart area where you can enter your herbal formula (herb names and quantity) and dosage instructions. If you forget, don’t worry, we will call you to confirm.
You will then be taken to a secure payment page and once the order is placed you will receive a receipt by email. Once the order is shipped you will be notified by email. We never send receipts to your clients.
How long does it take my patient to receive the herbal medicine?
Your order will be shipped via Express. Express post is delivered next day to most Australian postcodes providing the order is placed before 12 noon Sydney time.
Who makes up my herbal prescriptions?
Only accredited Herbalists and Naturopaths (Linda, Estelle or Jo) dispense the herbs with care and accuracy. We never change prescriptions or substitute herbs.
What brand of liquid herbs do you use?
The dispensary is made up primarily of Mediherb liquids. However, there are some herbs from Herbal Extract Co and Optimal Rx. See the current Herbs in Stock list.
Can I get help in working out which herbs to use?
We are here to help. With over 20 years experience we are only too happy to help you get your formula right. For Support call Linda 0412 208 982.
Do my patients get a copy of the receipt?
The price you charge your patients is up to you. We never send receipts to patients.
Can I phone my order?
Yes, you can phone Linda on 0412 208 982 with your prescription and payment. We would expect an email confirmation from you of your formula for our records.
