I understand that some of you are new grads, or about to be… Congratulations on achieving a milestone in your life!

I know what it’s like coming to the end of years of study. Are you feeling a bit burnt out and wondering where that drive and passion you had when you started out went to? It is still there, believe me. You just need a break to recharge your batteries and refocus on what comes next…

…starting out in your own business.  It can be a very exciting time for some, and for others it seems daunting. I know I was never taught how to be an entrepreneur. It was a whole new ball-game. My catch cry was, “I am a healer, not a marketer” and I didn’t want to do it. How wrong I was.

I have been in my own business as a Medical Herbalist for over 14 years now and I have made some mistakes along the way, and learnt a lot too. I now want to share all I know about setting out in a new natural medicine business/practice to help you become successful, confident and profitable more quickly than I did.

The community around us needs our unique skills and talents. They want to understand more about their health and how herbal medicines and nutritionals can support them, and, we are the ones to do it.

After all, that’s why we became practitioners isn’t it? It’s time to cast away any fear or doubt you may have, and know that right now, you are in the right place at the right time.
